The Swedish Chamber Orchestra is a full-time ensemble of 38 players based in the city ofÖrebro(2 hours west of Stockholm by car or by train). The orchestra works in the Concert Hall, where each member of the orchestra has a private practice room. The orchestra gives some 90 concerts a year including international touring (Lincoln Center and BBC Proms, Europe, Salzburg Festival and Japan etc). The orchestra records for BIS, Hyperion, SIMAX etc.
Audition will take place in Örebro ,Sweden on the 1:st October 2010

Richard Strauss Oboeconcerto
Orchestral excerpts will be sent after 6th September.
